Description
A refreshing and fizzy sherbet punch made with frozen juice concentrate and lemon-lime soda.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz frozen juice concentrate (6 oz limeade and 6 oz orange juice)
- 52 oz lemon-lime soda (or ginger ale, I used 7-up)
- 1 quart sherbet ice cream
Instructions
- Add the frozen juice and soda to the punch bowl or pitcher and stir.
- Top with scoops of sherbet.
- You should notice foam due to the fizz of the soda and the texture of sherbet. You can skim the foam off the top if you wish.
- The longer the punch sits, the more this will subside. Some also love the fizz at the top!
- Serve chilled.

- This punch is great for parties and gatherings.
- Feel free to mix different flavors of juice concentrates for variety.
