Description

A refreshing and fizzy sherbet punch made with frozen juice concentrate and lemon-lime soda.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz frozen juice concentrate (6 oz limeade and 6 oz orange juice)
  • 52 oz lemon-lime soda (or ginger ale, I used 7-up)
  • 1 quart sherbet ice cream

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen juice and soda to the punch bowl or pitcher and stir.
  2. Top with scoops of sherbet.
  3. You should notice foam due to the fizz of the soda and the texture of sherbet. You can skim the foam off the top if you wish.
  4. The longer the punch sits, the more this will subside. Some also love the fizz at the top!
  5. Serve chilled.
