- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour (or oat flour)
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender till smooth.
- Place blended cottage cheese in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the almond flour and protein powder till combined.
- Then, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before eating.
