Description

A delicious stir-fry featuring tender chicken breast and crisp vegetables, served over rice or noodles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by tossing it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring quickly to avoid burning.
  3. Add the marinated chicken, stir-frying until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a dash of sesame oil or top with sesame seeds before serving.
