Description
A delicious stir-fry featuring tender chicken breast and crisp vegetables, served over rice or noodles.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by tossing it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring quickly to avoid burning.
- Add the marinated chicken, stir-frying until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a dash of sesame oil or top with sesame seeds before serving.
