Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper together.
  6. Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
