- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper together.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, tossing to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
