Description

A creamy and delicious crab dip perfect for serving with low carb crackers or fresh veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces lump crab meat
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chives (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the crab meat to a bowl and carefully pick through it to make sure there are no shells, then set it aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, add in the remaining ingredients except for the chives.
  3. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
  4. Add the crab and chopped chives in.
  5. Mix to combine, and it’s ready to serve with your favorite low carb crackers and fresh veggies.
