Ingredients

  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 zest orange
  • 1 pie crust (prepared according to package instructions or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust by following the package instructions or rolling out your homemade version.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and the zest of one orange.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
