Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add the milk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and blend well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
