Delicious and healthy mixed berry smoothie packed with fresh fruits and creamy yogurt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup fruit juice (orange, apple, or mixed berry)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and slice the banana.
- In a blender, add the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana slices, yogurt, and fruit juice.
- If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more juice or a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
- If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Stop the blender and taste the smoothie. Add more sweetness if necessary, then blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
