Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup fruit juice (orange, apple, or mixed berry)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and slice the banana.
  2. In a blender, add the strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana slices, yogurt, and fruit juice.
