Description

A creamy and spicy buffalo chicken dip perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 oz cooked chicken
  • 23 teaspoons Ranch Seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened at room temperature, diced into chunks)
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 23 cups grated cheese (1 1/2 cups of cheddar and 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella or gruyere)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season the chicken with 1 – 1 1/2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients (only add half of the grated cheese during this step) and stir to mix well.
  4. Add the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish or a 10-12 inch oven safe pan.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Broil for 3-5 minutes to get a bubbly crisp topping.
  8. Cool before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • This dip can be served with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.
