Delicious air fryer salmon marinated in a savory sauce for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- 1 to 1 1/4 pounds salmon (cut into bite sized cubes)
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Place salmon pieces into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Gently mix to coat. Let the salmon marinate for 15 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF for 5 minutes.
- Add salmon pieces to the hot air fryer, and cook for 6-7 minutes, depending on the size of your cubes. The internal temperature should be 145ºF.
- Remove and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate the salmon for longer if possible.
- Check the internal temperature to ensure it’s cooked through.
