Description

A delicious twist on the classic tiramisu using fresh strawberries and white chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies (1 package)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries; set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring until smooth; allow to cool slightly.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, melted white chocolate, and vanilla extract; gently fold in whipped cream until combined.
  5. Briefly dip ladyfingers into strawberry juice or syrup and layer them in a serving dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and add a layer of sliced strawberries. Repeat layers.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh, ripe strawberries.
